Engagements are scoped case by case wherever you operate, subject to local licensing. A small number of services are Australia-only because the underlying regimes are Australian — each service page states its availability plainly.

Its purpose is diagnostic: to understand the problem, confirm whether DBA Advisory is the right firm to fix it, and — if so — define the scope from which a fixed-fee proposal is prepared.
