LEAD GEN SPECIALIST / SALES OUTBOUND AGENT (DIGITAL ASSISTANTS)

Duties:

  • Scraping and research capabilities and able to give the clients a quick run down
  • Has basic excel skills to create a list of potential leads with Name, Email, Address, Office Name and Phone Number
  • Will process weekly invoicing.
  • Respond promptly emails, take inbound and outbound calls
  • Shows initiative by pursuing different avenues of data cleansing.
  • Coordinate and demonstrate effective oral and written communications with customers, department personnel and other company staff – as needed.
  • Execute on Lead Nurturing Strategy
  • Bring new and different lead gen ideas on ways to reach our targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Business Administration graduate or any related course.
  • Has scraping and research capabilities and able to give the clients a quick run down
  • Has basic excel skills to create a list of potential leads with Name, Email, Address, Office Name and Phone Number
  • Has the experience in processing weekly invoicing.
  • 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience
  • Has experience in Outbound Sales preferably in Real Estate Industry
  • Team player, with supervisory skills is a plus
  • Willing to be trained and can work with minimal supervision
  • Has good English language communication skills
  • Has great attention to details
  • Computer literate
  • Has strong work ethics
  • Willing to be assigned in Clark Office
