ASSOCIATE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST (SUBIC)

Can you take user requirements and translate them into change project tasks? Do you have a functional knowledge of a payroll system? Are you able to to get along with others and work in a team or group?

We are in need of an Associate Implementation Specialist to assist in the documentation, delivery, training, and implementation of change management projects. Candidates must have experience in project management or in the training and implementation of new software, process, or other business improvements.

Duty and Responsibility: 

Assist in the documentation, training, and implementation of change management projects.

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of Business Administration Major in Financial Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in change management, project management, or experience in training and implementation of new software, process, or other business improvements.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a general knowledge of organizations and relevant processes and functions.
  • Must have people skills to get along with others in the team and groups they need to work with.
  • Can take user requirements and translate them into change project tasks.
  • Functional knowledge of a payroll system is an advantage.
