ASSOCIATE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Can you perform documentation, delivery, training, and implementation of a Change Management Plan and Process? Do you have experience speaking in public? Are you amenable to learn new software, system, and workflow?

If your answer is yes, then WE WANT YOU! 

We are in need of an Associate Implementation Specialist to assist in the documentation, delivery, training, and implementation of the Change Management Plan and Process. Candidates must have entry level skills in business correspondence writing. They must also be skilled in public speaking and proficient in using MS Office Software. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Report directly and assist the Senior Implementation Specialist in the documentation, delivery, training, and implementation of the Change Management Plan and Process.
  • Continuously learn new software, system, and workflow.

Qualifications: 

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • Preferably a CPA
  • Relevant work experience in any Philippine government agency or organization is an advantage
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business, Accounting, and Finance
  • Proficient in using MS Office software i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must have entry level skills in business correspondence writing
  • Must be skilled in public speaking
  • Willing to work in Subic Office
  • 1 Full-time position available
