APPOINTMENT SETTER / LEAD GEN SPECIALIST
Do you have experience in prospecting, qualifying, or nurturing and processing marketing leads? Can you set up appointments, and use your persuasive abilities to find potential clients?

We are looking for creative and highly-motivated professionals who will contact leads to generate appointments and find potential clients. Candidates must know how to navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs. They must also know how to present a clear and convincing argument about our services to potential clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scraping and research, and give clients a quick rundown
- Create a detailed list of potential leads in Excel, i.e. Name, Email, Address, Office Name, and Phone Number
- Respond promptly to emails, take inbound and outbound calls
- Pursue different avenues of data cleansing.
- Coordinate and demonstrate effective oral and written communication with customers, department personnel, and other company staff – as needed.
- Execute on Lead Nurturing Strategy
- Bring new and different lead generation ideas on ways to reach our targets
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Business Administration, or any related course.
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required
- Willing to be trained and can work with minimal supervision
- Has good command of the English language
- Preferrably with an Australian accent
- Has great attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Must have strong work ethics and pleasing personality
- Work assignment will be in SM City Clark office
